3D CAD analysis and design verification ensures both rigidity and weight reduction of all axes. Blurring of the tip of the arm has been minimized by anti-vibration control. Supports insert molding and precision molding, too.

Vertical units are made of steel, which is three times stiffer than aluminum, while reducing unit weight by 10% (compared to our FM series). The high loading capacity of this unit makes it possible to handle even for ultra large class of injection molding machines with high speed.

  • Exchange of chuck attachment on ultra large robot has been automated.
